What we do ?

We join into the clients’ Value Engineering process to consider the design from a capital allowances perspective.  We can provide clients and their design teams with the true post-tax cost of design alternatives thus allowing them to make design decisions that are not restricted solely to the initial capital cost.  

For example, in certain buildings, the eligibility of heating and hot water equipment can be determined by where the access to the space housing those items is positioned.
